The short version: your Etsy files are never stored (they're read in your browser and gone when you close the tab). To delete everything else — your account, saved summaries, and email — send one email to hello@makerworth.com and we'll confirm deletion within 7 days.
What exists to delete
Your Etsy CSV files: nothing to delete — they are read in your browser's memory and never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Your account data: your email address, your saved cost library (product names, materials cost, minutes), and your computed monthly summaries (totals and per-product results). Buyer names from your files are never saved.
Billing records: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe retains transaction records as required by law.
Newsletter email: if you subscribed, your address lives with our email provider until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
How to delete your data
Email hello@makerworth.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my MakerWorth data".
We delete your account, cost library, and all saved monthly summaries, and remove you from any email lists.
You receive a confirmation email when it's done — within 7 days, usually much sooner.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from your account (Manage or cancel subscription) or ask us to cancel it in the same email.
If you connected your shop via Etsy (future)
Etsy integration is currently in development and subject to API approval. If and when shop connection launches, disconnecting will revoke our access immediately, and the same deletion request above will remove any data derived from the connection.
